DiLillo’s recent photographic work ruminates on the tensions between natural and man-made environments. Signed and numbered.
Lisa DiLillo is a visual artist based in New York who primarily makes photographs and videos. DiLillo’s work has been exhibited in galleries such as CLAMPart, Thierry Goldberg Projects, Momenta Art, and Front Room Gallery in NY, among others. She has also shown her work at venues and festivals such as the Walker Art Center, SF Cinematheque at Center for the Arts, the Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp/Belgium, the Reina Sofia National Musuem of Art/Madrid, the Memling Musuem/Belgium, the Rotterdam Film Festival, and the Moscow International Festival of Contemporary Dance. She has been awarded an Electronic Arts Grant, a Jerome Foundation Grant, and residencies at The Experimental Television Center. She has curated programs for the Knitting Factory Video Lounge for several years and was also involved in other curatorial projects.
