The third f manual is a companion to help you enter the world of fungi, the third f.
The instructions and cards can be read before, during, or after mushroom explorations. Prior knowledge of mushrooms may be helpful, but prior experience in mushroom exploration is not required.
Be careful when looking at mushrooms. You might find that the mushrooms are looking at you.

From the deep forests of eastern Finland and holds a BA from the University of Brighton and an MA from the Royal College of Art in London. Her interdisciplinary work explores the natural world and the diverse ways in which humans occupy and interpret their environments through wearable sculpture and portraiture. A four-time winner of the Telluride Mushroom Festival costume competition, her first book (co-written with Karoline Hjorth) Eyes as Big as Plates was nominated for the Paris Photo/Aperture Award for Best First Photobook. Ikonen has exhibited at Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki, the 2012 London Olympic Park, and the Pyeongchang Olympics. Ikonen lives in New York and lectures, exhibits, and forages around the world.

REMOTE is a design studio based in Seoul and Helsinki.
