Small Hours contains five softcover books tucked inside a small folio. These contain meditations on personal, cultural and species-wide decline—the sorts of musings that arise, mostly unbidden, in the eponymous “small hours”. They also contain botanical illustrations under the titles Wood Skin and Chlorophyllia which both abstract and ground the book’s mesmerizing preoccupations. Published by Fleabites. Numbered.
