A short story, written in French, of a ‘couple’ of cheese sandwiches and a bogeyman that live together in a toaster. Written on a 1930’s Remington portable typewriter. Layout of illustrations and text done by ‘cut and paste’ and then photocopied onto 80 gram paper. Each cover is a ‘hand-pulled’ woodblock print from an oak block, printed with oilbased French block printing ink onto acid free watercolor paper. Binding done by hand with 100% cotton thread. Soft-cover, 12 pages, 6 b&w illustrations. Signed and number in pencil by the artist.

Piers Watson graduated from Kansas City Art Institute in 1992 with a BA in Painting. In 1998 he received his Masters degree in 'Design for Interactive Media' from Middlesex University in London, England. He now lives in a yurt in a village near Toulouse in France where he works across a broad range of media.
