A cut and fold octahedron depicting symbiotic pairs; a) wasp & fig b) moth & orchid c) angler fish & bacteria. An octahedron is a Platonic solid comprised of 8 equilateral triangles which can be found in nature as crystals, commonly of diamond and fluorite and in the molecular pattern of meteorites.


Glen Eden Einbinder focuses on installation. His work is often site-specific, exhibiting primarily in spaces not designed for art exhibitions. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. He received his degree from CalArts. He has been exhibiting his work in New York and elsewhere since 1992.
