I Speak in Frogs and Fish was written and illustrated by Christian Brown in Brooklyn, NY in 2000. All of the original illustrations were drawn with ink and a brush, with the very occasional use of a pen. The writing was drawn from an appreciation of Aesop’s fables and the poetry of both William Blake and Edward Lear. A first edition was digitally printed and hand-bound, one by one, largely to share with friends, family and the curious. This second edition, true to the original but for a few minor changes, has been printed in order to extend its virtues to a new and broader audience. Signed.
